“ Really REALLY impressed with these guys!

I had looked around for comparable rates and these guys were too good to go past. But then I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it al went! The process was excellent! Applying for credit is never fun but these guys were excellent. They were in constant contact; they answered the phone when I called; they had a very useful app that I could check and upload docs through; they were responsive to my requests and they were fast! The only issue I had was that I didn’t receive any notifications through the app at all and only stumbled upon a couple of messages by chance. That MAY have been me rejecting notification requests on set-up but I couldn’t rectify it through my notification settings so I just had to remember to check it daily. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again if I needed a loan. They were excellent!„

To be honest, this process was fairly straightforward. What started with an online inquiry on their website chat with a representative moved very quickly to a pre-approval. From then on their online portal kept us updated and having the ability to follow the progress without having to pick up the phone was great. Overall from start to finish was a couple of weeks. Besides we consolidated and still ended up paying lower rate than our previous mortgage with a big 4 bank. Happily recommend them.„

In one year we saved more money with loans.com.au than what we did with Suncorp in three years! All our mortgages are with loans.com.au. The fixed rate with Suncorp was 3.99% initially and once the fixed period ended, they automatically applied a 5.49% rate. Needless to say we consider Suncorp a criminal organisation in comparison.„
