Guidelines for Obtaining Certificate of Currency of Insurance

Loans.com.au require a copy of the Certificate of Currency of Insurance showing the security property is insured against damage and destruction for the amount advised in Part B of the Checklist.

Loans.com.au MUST be noted as mortgagee on the Certificate of Currency.

Loans.com.au is not able to accept cover notes or certificates issued by an insurance broker or body corporate.

Tip: You must list the interested party as www.loans.com.au Pty Ltd, and we cannot accept alternatives.
